[redacted], My name is [redacted] and I'm the [redacted] for [redacted] and I wanted to give you an update on where we are on this complaint and in hopes we can get this closed out. After we received this complaint a few weeks ago [redacted] (she's the [redacted] for...

[redacted]) called and spoke with the customer [redacted] and after he was given our sincere apologies we agreed to refund him the money. However at that time he did not have his credit card information with him that we needed to do the refund. He told us he would call [redacted] back with the card info when he retrieved it. We also sent him an apology letter by mail with a $25.00 gift certificate inside. As of today 8/25/2017 we still have not received the card info. [redacted] has followed up with him and as soon as he gets us the information we will get the refund executed. [redacted] has been around for 90 years and it is our # 1 priority that every customer that dines with us at any of our locations that gets excellent customer service and excellent quality food. If we fail it is equally as important that we make it right with every customer that's dissatisfied so they will become part of the [redacted] family for life.Thank you for your time, please let us know if there is anything else we can do to improve this situation. [redacted] [redacted]
