I was a hired contractor for another business and was an employee on this job The consumer did not hire me and I was paid by another party not the consumer
However, I did state that I would offer my assistance in replacing the glass as I was in the house along with others I
stated that I would do the job for no cost for the labor The crack was @ 1/2" long The window was previously breached The window was custom made Product was ordered and it was wrong Product was ordered a second time My daughter accidently broke the second window Product was ordered again but a mistake was made and it was not ordered Consumer left a demand email for me Another window was ordered This did not come in in the typical days but took days to arrive I have @ jobs ahead of this one I can do this in @ to 2-1/weeks depending upon the weather
