Hello,
As you can see from this response, our support email is valid and actively monitored.
We run a trial and membership supplement program, this starts with a 1 cent charge and then the $87.95 charge if the trial is not canceled.
We were unaware that this original charge was fraudulent and shipped out the trial to the address provided.
We have asked Accounts Receivable to delete the collection against [redacted].
We have also refunded the original 1 cent charge.
We are sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused [redacted].
If [redacted] would like to reach us he may email us at [email protected]
Thanks

Review: Received a collection notice from a company called "Accounts Receivable" representing the above named company for a product I did not purchase or receive. My credit card information was stolen and this company appeared on my statement as a purchase. I have been working with the credit card company and they have reversed the charges. I have no invoice, record or mail acknowledging this purchase. Attempt to contact this "ghost" company has been futile.Companies processing credit card information have a legal obligation to verify the actual card holder is making this purchase.. that did not happen.Desired Settlement: Remove this from collection.
