The customer purchased a 60 year old rebuilt truck on eBay. It was sold AS IS and in perfect condition. He never came to inspect it or sent anyone to inspect it. He had it shipped cross country and told my son when he called he had not driven it for 6 months.

I am willing to make a one time offer and not pursue this case in a court of law if they agree to mail out a settlement payment of $1000. I would suggest they take this offer because I have an absolutely rock solid case. I am only doing this so that I can get on with my life.
