I have relied on Scott [redacted]'s expertise six times on several appliances since January 1991 - 24 years. After fixing my first appliance, I realized that his knowledge of the equipment was excellent and he was efficient in making the needed repairs. His last repair was last May 2015 on my icemaker. It had been making a strange noise so long that eventually it seemed normal until it suddenly quit working. He analyzed the problem, made the repairs and now it works like it did the day it was installed - and so quiet. In addition, Scott is not only thoughtful and polite but he also tries to analyze the repair to keep the cost at a minimum for the owner.
