Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I Already had someone the sinkThey asked who installed it the first time, because it was very poorly installedSomeone who charges $125/hr for a service should be skilled in that tradeThe re-install took half the time (that included taking it out and reinstalling it), and no drilling was required, it took longer clips ($5) and the placement of caulking around the edgeIf you are going to show up for a job, you should be prepared for that jobIf you are expecting a homeowners wife to tell what to bring and how to install, I would not call that someone who is skilled in their tradeI can understand not knowing about longer clipsBut caulking around the sink is pretty commona good business owner starts a job and completes it correctly, they don't half do the job and when the owner calls them back say "well if it was my sink I would not want a gap"At this point I know you are not going to resolve the claim and I don't want to keep going back and forth as it really doesn't accomplish anythingI would just recommend that in the future you take pride in your work and doing a quality jobAt first it may seem harder, but it pays off in the long run
