Ms***, In regards to *** ***, ID ***: The statement that Ms*** gave is not entirely accurate. She was told that if it was her intention to leave the utilities in her grandmother’s name, then the bill was to be brought up to date. If it was her intention to
put the utilities into her name, then the owner of the home was required to come into the office, sign Part B of the application (attached) and pay a deposit. We have been informed that *** will pay for the electric deposit and Ms*** has already paid for the water deposit. *** ***, Ms*** cousin, has power of attorney for Ms*** grandmother, but has not yet been into our office to sign the applicationMs*** called here yesterday and today, November 29th, and was informed that Ms*** had not yet been in to sign the application.
