I, *** submitted a long-blue maxi dress to Ripley Cleaners almost two weeks agoUpon arrival of retrieving the dress;' I noticed several grease-like stains on the dressI notified the cashier of the issue and I also showed the spots to the cashierI explained to the cashier that the dress was new and purchased from AmazonThe dress was for a professional attire purposeIt was explained to the cashier that; I always purchase these dresses and bring them immediately to Ripley Cleaner because the the packaging; the dress arrive with some wrinkles due to the packagingThe dresses are removed from the sealed packaging; and checkedThey arrive and are purchased brand new from AmazonBut I want to make sure that everything is okay before submitting the dresses to the cleanersThey have cleaned these types of dresses in the past with no errorsBut with this particular dress; it returned with oily, grease-like stains to the dressAfter the dress was clea
