Review: After contacting Rip Curl about getting a wet suit repaired according to their published price sheet,

They told me to send it back to them. I did and they received it and I called them last week and they confirmed that they received it. Today, I received it back with no repairs done and no explanation. See email exchange below:
I have a Henderson Gold Core wet suit and the seams have been unraveling since day one. After the first dive trip I sent it back to them to be fixed under warranty and that was a complete waste of money for the shipping charges.
Can you sew the places that the threads have come unraveled. I estimate about 3’ of missing threads and then tape the whole suit to prevent the remaining seams from coming unstuck?
I have only used the suit for 3 one week trips and I would like to keep from having to replace it.

Did you already send it back to us?? In your email it just states you sent it back to "them", not sure who you are referring too however.
I sent it back to Henderson under warranty and they were supposed to have fixed it but on the very next dive it did exactly the same thing.
Ok, Go ahead and send the suit back to us to have our tech look at it. Please send your suit to the address below Attn: Service Center – WATCHES with your name, telephone number, email address, return shipping address, a copy of the proof of purchase if you have it, and a brief description of the problem you are having (all printed is preferred). Our tech should be able to find out what the issue is.

I spoke to you on the phone last week to confirm you had gotten my wet suit. You said you had but no one had time to look at it. Now I get a notice from UPS that it will be delivered to me tomorrow.
What repairs have you done???? What are the charges???? No one called or emailed me at all????
I now can not get them to return my calls or answerDesired Settlement: I am out my time, packaging and $16.89 in shipping. At the very least, I think they should refund my shipping charges.
I wrote a letter (according to their instructions) and gave them a copy of the email exchange in the box.
