I am responding to the complaint against my company Rip City Limos LLCI have spoke with the client above and gave her a refund of $and had appoligized for the experience she recieved by the driver that was assigned to her reservationWe did hire a new driver the night before as he seemed to be fit for the job discription and played the partSome times its realy hard to find good help in this type of industryI did not know this customer was not satisfied untill almost days prior to the reservation as I had not resieved a call or an email from this clientWhen I did finaly find out as I recieved an email from Revdex.com stating I have a message compaint from a customer I could not open the message untill today however prior to reading this review I had resolved the issue with the client in order to satisfy the customerRefunding $was satisfaction and the client was happy Sorry for the late response as it has been difacult opening the message in order to respond As of a resolt to this compaint the driver no longer works for us Thanks,Owner and Operator Carlo S [redacted]
