Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:What she responded was false, her husband never once tried to show me pictures of the vehicleWhen her husband got into the office I asked where the pictures of the vehicle were and he stood there and looked at her for a answer and her response was "He has them"With that response I assumed there were never any pictures taken to begin withI also never once cussed I came in very professionalThis business is very unprofessional and even if I did write a review on google that shouldn't be a discussion, the only discussion should be showing pictures to me proving my vehicle had a expired permit and thats why they towed it, however I still have seen no pictures Regards, [redacted]

When she showed up she was being very rude and talking down to me and not once did I say anything back to her. Her car was towed for no permit.  and asked why I told her as far as I knew it was for no permit. As for the pictures the driver usually email me or text me the pictures and I was...

looking for them and could not find them. My husband showed up with the pictures and I tried to show them to her but she refused. The permits are red and say THE RETREAT. She had a temporary pass on her dash that said expires 6/27/16, so I explained to her that being that it was expired she had NO PERMIT on her vehicle. We charged her $116.65  which is the rate for your car being in the impound lot for one day. After she paid for vehicle is when the following conversation happened She showed up to pick up her vehicle at 7:32 pm and I asked her if she was the one that wrote a review at 5:09pm and she said yes. I asked her why did she write on there that we made her wait an hour when she just showed up at 7:30 to pick up her car and she said because I CAN. She mentioned about how we had low ratings on google and I told her   Its because people don't like getting towed and when they don't get things their way they tend to write a bad review just like you. and she walked out of the office cussing and mumbling something but I paid her no mind.[redacted]Rios Towing[redacted]San Marcos TX 78666[redacted]
