I have read [redacted] complaint and I understand his concerns. This matter has not been brought up to my attention until I received this notice from the Revdex.com. As soon as I read what was going on, I automatically called [redacted] and left him a message on 3/10/15 asking him to please...
contact me asap. I still have not heard back from [redacted]. I just want him to know that I will do everything in my power to make things right and take care of this issue asap. I also spoke to my buyer that helped Mr [redacted] and said we were still waiting on title to arrive and that he also mentioned it to Mr [redacted].
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], After checking my voice mails I did find a message from Patricia whom I am assuming works for Rios Automotive. I did try returning the call but have gotten no response I would just like to make it clear that when I bought the car I was told that the registration was up to date also that the car was under warranty. Since then I have tried to Smog the vehicle to begin the registration process as instructed by the Investigations Division of the Department of Motor Vehicles only to find out the car does not pass smog check. The repairs for the vehicle are over $600.00 this is not including the parts Mr. [redacted] promised he would fix including the buttons for front and rear windows also from my understanding the auto auctions has a period of 45 days to submit the title of the vehicle which has not happened. I would like the money I paid for the vehicle returned. I hope you can understand my frustration and I hope we can come to agreement on this issue. Please respond and let me know how we can resolve this I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
Regards,

Review: I responded to an add I seen on [redacted] for sale of a vehicle . After contacting the number listed in the add A scheduled appointment to view the vehicle was set . I met with a [redacted] a sales associate of Rios Automotive Group at Manheim Car Auctions in Fontana Ca as scheduled to view the vehicle. After inspection I decided to purchase the car. I asked about the registration if it was up to date and Mr. [redacted] assured that it was. I paid Mr. [redacted] 6,000 cash for the vehicle. he had me sign a paper that later on turned out to be just a gate pass needed to exit the lot . Mr. [redacted] then told me he needed to go make the payment inside and that he would return with the title of the vehicle. After waiting a few minutes Mr. [redacted] returned and explained that the title was not available he explained that this sometimes happens but that the title would arrive 01/31/2015 two days later from the actual day of purchase. We scheduled a time for that day to meet up so that I can receive the title. Mr. [redacted] since then has given me the run around by not answering my calls or text. Finally after blocking my number he answered and he gave me some excuse that he was out of town. At this point I asked if he can sign a bill of sale for me and he agreed except he never followed thru. 30 days 35 text messages and 32 voice mails later I have concluded that he has no intent in providing me with the title of the vehicle . I am technically not the registered owner of the vehicle since I have no title therefore the car sits in my driveway until the DMV investigator gives me clearance and/or allows me to register the vehicle. At the time of purchase Mr. [redacted] told told me that if anything was wrong with the vehicle mechanically or with the engine I had 2 weeks to return the vehicle. Its been past 45 days and cant get a hold of this guyDesired Settlement: They cant be selling cars by lying to the customer.. I put all my saved money for this vehicle that I can not drive this just is not fair for anyone and definitely should not be doing business
