Rios and Sons Plumbing

I can pretty much echo the 1st reviewer. Impossible to contact. Unresponsive to both phone and email messages. Does not show up for appointments or call to alert the customer, so customers who respect the appointment system tie up their day waiting for plumbers who not come and calls that are not returned. I also bought an Amazon Local "deal" from them. Luckily, AL refunded my money without question. Went with Thumbtack instead.

This company is very unprofessional and will not respond to customers. I called numerous times and left voice mails or emails with no responses.We were rescheduled several times and decided it was best to use a different plumbing company.
