Rio Rancho Tint

This in response to [redacted] complaint ID [redacted]. Owner Angelo never met this lady I dealt with her the whole time. She came in complaining about her tint job. I explained the curing process to her and they are going to look that way for up to 30 days. She then asked for her money back....

Her landlord then came in that we do a lot business with to order glass and screens. He looked at her and said you still owe me money for rent and your buying tint. She looked very embarrassed about it. It is buyers remorse. She bought something that she could not afford. There is nothing wrong with the tint or the work done. Its a good tint job. This is in regards to ID [redacted]. Customer came in a mouth later complaining about the clip. We looked at the car and the whole side of the car was wrecked. The window going up and down has nothing to do with a broken clip the car is wrecked. The only way to fix it is a new door. We did not break...
