We have received your complaint.The reservation was made on May 27th, we have a day cancellation policy, at the time the clients called they were out of that periodThey were e mailed on June 14th regarding the river flow and that the river was closed to recreationAt that point we were told the only reason they were coming was for the river, they never mentioned that they felt the river was a danger to themOur email confirmation clearly states that the "reservations are not contingent upon water conditions or the availability of recreational facilities including the Guadalupe or Comal rivers".We require written notice if a person wants to cancel a reservation, which these people were toldAt no time did they request that the reservation be cancelled nor did we receive any written notices to cancelWe were told to leave the reservation as they would decided if they were going to come or not.Thank you,Rio Guadalupe Resort
