Review: My car was completed on 7/25/14 and the company failed to call me and inform me of the completion. I received a missed call on 7/29 so I then called the auto shop to find out my car was completed. I picked it up a few hours later. The next day I receive a call from [redacted] at enterprise saying I' being charged for 5 days which was a surprise to me because I had no clue of my car being completed on 7/25. I then called [redacted] the owner there who was very arrogant said he personally called me and left a message. I told him I did not receive a call or message but he continued to say he did and is not mistaken. I asked why did it take 5 days me to receive another call then he said they did not call me and only call the day the car is completed. And agreed to cover 1 day of rental. I then said I wanted to call [redacted] and see if they could help but said he would not help me if I called them and said either take the one day or nothing. So I accepted his 1 day offer because I was unsure if [redacted] would help because it was not their fault. It was [redacted]'s fault for not calling me. Which I have I have received from [redacted] and I also have the conversation of [redacted] threatening not to help me if I called [redacted]. Which I did anyway and they called [redacted] to see what exactly happened. So To make a long story short [redacted] never paid the day he promised me because I called [redacted] to complain. I was treated unfairly and was charged because of lack of communication by their shop or in this case no communication. I will assure you [redacted] can not provide any record of a phone call being made to my number on 7/25.Desired Settlement: A refund of $75.00 that was charged to my credit card today
