Review: We asked the contractor, [redacted], to install a closet/doors in my daughters room, along with some other small jobs and electrical installation of lights/switches. The closet is larger than a normal closet. He installed 3 doors, putting 2 on the same track. We can now only get into 1/3 of her closet at a time! It is useless. Product was just installed without discussing with us any options due to the size of the closet. We have had to removed one door to be able access her clothing. CONTRACTOR HAS NOT RETURNED OUR CALL TO DISCUSS/FIX THE PROBLEM. In addition, one of the electrical switches he installed for a light/fan in another bedroom has since stopped working.Desired Settlement: We would like to return the 3 doors and receive the refund for those doors so we can put that money towards a special order door that would fit. We would like the fan/light fixed or refund for that portion. The remainder of the jobs he worked on are satisfactory.
