Review: No call back after numerous messages to resolve effects of procedure. Secretary hung up on me and will not have dr call me

I paid 750.00 on 10/21/13 for a procedure that I was told lasts 6 mo to 9 mo. Since the second week of November I noticed the left side of the procedure area was back to the appearance prior to procedure. I have called numerous times and left messages requesting a call back. I finally got the secretary and explained the situation and she stated they don't use faulty product and accused me of being rude and hung up on me. I have since called and left more messages and no return call back. I left a message as a new customer and received a call back the next business day, unfortunately I missed that call.
