Review: Our nonprofit paid 855 dollars for 50 hours of outbound donation solicitation and donation processing which only 1.5 hours has been utilized. I have tried to work with them since February 14th. I have been unable to have a manager contact me regarding a resolution. The service has not been rentered on there part therefore the contract I signed is invalidated on their companies side.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund the remainder of the balance of all funds not used due to violation of their contract.

Review: Ring Us Live was to provide us with Marketing Leades and Appointment Setting. 6 Months later, we have had the place about 300 calls, No Appointments or Leads. The contract states that they will place 2000 calls and provide Leads and Appointments in a timely manner. We have had 18 unresponsive e-mails sent to them, numerous phone calls with no return. We gave them a ultimatum to send us Call Proof Sheets for proof and status of are program..... We have not recieved but 2 sheets of about 300 and that was almost a month ago. We paid for this service $850 and have recieved none of the promised as mentioned. As required by Ring Us Live, we have provided all of our criteria and a script to support their aquiring of a Calling Program. Again , no return calls or e-mails for over a month.Desired Settlement: All monies to be refunded due to failure to provide services as stated in agreement.
