We need to secure a permit for street parking for the movers, but are unable to do so because they have such poor communication issues
Our order was picked up outside of the piwindow, causing us money in delaying leaving our apartment
Our delivery was verbally arranged to be between 1-days which is fine but they refuse to communicate a specific date, thereby we are unable to secure parking for them
Calling, emailing, attempting to contact the company has are resulted in confusion, inaction, and disarrayWe simply want to be able to ORGANIZE parking so that the move can be complete

In October I contacted a broker for a move from Illinois to Arizona with storage of 4-months Storage was supposed to be in Texas but I find items went to Ohio Could not get them to deliver items They would not answer phone calls nor return them Charged for storage without my approval on my credit card Would not give me billing statement They farmed out delivery to Capital Movers out of Las Vegas, NV and upon delivery there were missing items and numerous broken items even though Unique packed these items themselves Capital had no paperwork to verify what was picked up/delivered and even dropped items on the ground upon delivery You could hear items breaking and all I got was "Oh well, that happens." Unique has not returned my phone calls/sent a claim form/acknowledged what happened Would not recommend them to anyone and br
Loss and or theft of property to be delivered to my home after move from Illinois to Arizona
Initially a estimated price was set for the move based on weightA bedroom apartment and a 10xstorage unitA truck was to show up with a receipt from a truck scale with the weight of the empty truckThat didn't happenScheduled move was for Jan 28thTold Unique the apartment had to be empty on the 28th due to move out walk thru on the 29thMovers showed up at 3:30pm on Jan 28th and didn't start moving til 6pmAfter arriving I was told they needed to get gas, and make some repairs to the truck before loadingAfter returning at 5:45pm, and looking at my property, the lead mover said he was going to have to charge me for bulk itemsThese items had been listed on the initial estimate listThis issue discussed with Unique dispatch at this and I thought was correctedAt 9:00pm the movers decided to stop packing and loading my property because they said it was late and they were tired
