Review: I am currently purchasing a pair of 20 inc rims from this rimtyme company. After a few washes I notice the dull look on my driver side rear rim.. I called rimtyme once I notice that an spoke to [redacted] who said to Come by an they can take a look at them. I then went right over met with the manager [redacted] an his associate [redacted] who walked me out side to look at the rim. They said that their guys must have used something on the rim to clean it an [redacted] went an got someBreak Dust Remover sprayed it on a towel An wipe the rim he said that it just needs someDegreaser... Well after a few washes the dull look got work and as of today the paint is nowComing off the rim, which shows they were damaged in a repossession and painted for resell I was unaware that the rim had damages cause of that repaint but I did know they were usedDesired Settlement: I want either a different set of rims same size with the credit fromMy damaged rims applied to the new price an rims... Or rimtymeAn replace the rim with a new rim for the price I'm currently paying. They are trying to take advantage of me an I hope future customers don't run into the same issues.
