couldn’t get there for two weeks, and that we don’t stand by our stuff, we install and that she couldn’t  find it online. I asked her what she meant by she couldn’t find it online she said the model number that we probably didn’t do it right I offered to give her the model and serial number on the phone she didn’t want it. She did not give it to you right or the purchase amount or the install date. I told her we do standby are warranty work we were just booked solid with others with no heat and couldn’t get there tell Monday.
