Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response... because:It was not just the painting the vent, it was finishing the job inside the atrium that I was promised. The gaps were never sealed, the broken tiles were never replaced as agreed, and just the lack of communication and workmanship is unacceptable. You kept in good contact until the job was completed and were paid in full with the promise of coming back to finish the job, which never took place. I trusted you to do the job as agreed. I do not want you to come back and finish it now, but I will accept a partial reimbursement for the work that was not completed. Sincerely, [redacted]

My experience with Rimrock Contruction has been wonderful. [redacted] was very helpful through the entire process, he dealt with our insurance company, he explained everything quite well, his crew who actually did the roofing job were very professional, prompt, and did a very good job shingling and cleaned up the job site afterwards. [redacted]'s prices were very competitive and I would recommend this company to everyone.
