Rimrock Auto Body

New car was involved in a accident that resulted in substantial repairs in 2017. A few months ago the repairs began to come apart, crack and rust. Rimrock Auto Body has claimed they stand by their work, yet has been incredibly evasive and difficult to work with. I have since moved 2000+ miles out of state and per Rimrocks Auto Body’s request, revived a new estimate to re-repair their defective bodywork. Upon submitting this to Rimrock, they have since refused to follow the original agreement of fixing it at a local shop here in Massachusetts, and claim the only way they will offer it is if I drive 4,400+ miles round trip so they can (sloppily) fix it again. I have no faith in the quality of Rimrock’s work, and expecting me to drive out that far and fly home and back is absolutely absurd.
