I would like to respond to the complaint filed by Mr***. First and most important we would like to apologize that this situation escalated to a complaint being filed and he was unable to get results by phone. The employee in question no longer works at the Resort and at no time was a
manager. We have been in contact with our credit card company regarding the charges in question and will make sure Mr*** receives a refund. I again apologize as we strive to make our guest experience a positive one and am saddened that this has happened
