I recently lived in Water Ridge apartments. My lease started April of 2016 and was supposed to end April of 2018. My first complaint is about maintenance issues. I had put in several work orders for things to be fixed in my apartment, and nobody ever responded or fixed them for me. A few of these issues were outlets not working, no hot water, and stove went out. The biggest issue I had with them was the washer and dryer machine outlet that they never fixed, which was a huge fire hazard, but continued to ignore me. After putting in a work order for that, a fire broke out on the other side of the apartments for the same reason I had. Part of my rent was to be able to use the pool during my stay, but they never opened up the pool. Every time I asked them they said the city of Irving wanted it closed. My biggest issue with them is regarding my personal safety. I was living with my boyfriend (who is now my ex-boyfriend), who was arrested for domestic violence. I made a police report and
