Review: On 8-30-13 I went into Rileys looking for a baby bed. The owner had one in the back that had not been put together. I purchased it got it home and the bolts did not go with bed. I called the owner and she told me she had already paid the person who she was selling the bed for but for me to buy bolts from Lowes and bring her the receipt. We did that however when we go the bed 3/4 of the way together the frame did not go with bed at all. When I called to tell the owner she was rude. Told me she wa not going to be the one to loose out of her money and refused to refund me my money. I took the bed back down to her and left it. I would like my money to be returned to me.Desired Settlement: Refund my money to me.

I just wanted to email my side of the story to you. The lady came in one day as a crib was coming into our consignment shop. She ask about it. I told her we hadnt had a chance to put it together to make sure everything was there. She said ok but then came the next ay and said she needed it that day for the grandson . I explained how we are a consignment shop and cant except returns due to people picking up their money daily. She said she wanted it anyways. So we sold her a $199 crib for $40 since we didnt get to put it together. Three weeks later she contacted me and said that some of the screws didnt fit the crib. I was being nice and said go get the ones you need and bring me the reciept and I will pay for them. Never heard from here again until.another week passed . She returned to my store and brought the crib up here throwing it around causing a big commotion, saying she just wants her money back and doesnt want the crib. I told her I couldnt do that. We have a no return policy and the lady that brought the crib in had already been paid for the crib. Then I recieved a letter from the Revdex.com . I cant refund her money . I.explained the policy to her before she left . Also our policy is on our receipts as well.
