Mrs*** purchased a floral for $off of our websiteShe chose the medium size, the picture on the website (unlike most
websites is the small version) We sent her mother inlaw the medium size as requested with some extras as is our policy to give more that the picture showsdays after the order was delivered she notified us she would like a full refundWe looked at the photo and saw a lovely floralWe explained our refund and substitution policies to her and even tho we were bending the rules in her favor we offered her a 50% refund or a 100% in store credit for a future purchaseShe was not happy with that offer and came into the store and demanded her money back and said she would not leave until she received a full refundAfter asking her to leave politely several times we had to call the police to have her removedThank you for letting us tell our side of the storyWe have placed a credit onto her account for a future purchase
