We are very sorry for the problem [redacted] has had with his order. Rest assured, we have been working on it since day 1. A furniture tech visited his home in April and said it could be repaired. We ordered the part to repair but [redacted] is refusing repairs so we have re-ordered the...
whole piece, as he requested. This sofa is still on order from the manufacturer. As soon as it comes in, we will be swapping it out for him. There is no run around going on, we have done everything he has asked, but we are at the mercy of the manufacturer to (A) Send us product that is not damaged so we can keep our customers happy and (B) send us replacement product as quick as possible so we can swap it out. Thank you for your patience and we will not stop until you are completely satisfied. Thanks!

was told is indeed what was paid to Winner Furniture, however she financed her order through another company called Acceptance Now, they would have went over her finance terms with her in detail by law, but any dispute regarding that should be directed to [redacted], as they are not affiliated with us. We are very sorry for all the confusion on the sleeper sofa mattress. We have already spoken to Ms. [redacted] before receiving this and believe we have made her happy. We have ordered a memory foam sleeper mattress from a different sofa and are giving it to her. We are reprimanding the...
salesmen who misled Ms [redacted], whether intentionally or not, and providing remedial training so they better understand the sleeper sofa product lines. This will fix any future problems as well. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and we will do what it takes to make every sale right. Thanks!
