TERRIBLE SERVICE, EVERY SINGLE TIME I NEED A RIDE. SAYING THEY ARE SENDING A TAXI RIGHT AWAY OR IN 15 MINUTES, TRACK THE CAB THAT DOESN'T EVEN SHOW IT COMING TO RIGHT AREA, SITS STILL AT AN INTERSECTION THEN I GET A CALL THAT CAB IS OUTSIDE - REFUSES TO HELP WITH LUGGAGE AND TAKES OFF
The lady I talked to on the phone was very rude, she did not indicate that she heard and was waiting for the phone number- but instead yells at me for the rest of the phone number. First time using the service and got yelled at and attitude- any other cab service in the city will have better customer service just go else where
I have taken Riide twice in one week (I don't use these services often). Both times, different drivers, we're very friendly and on time. The problem I had was that both cars where disgustingly filthy!

Vehicles should be inspected EVERY day, before going on the road. A service that I pay for and I have to riide in a vehicle that the inside is like the back of a garbage truck.

on march 15/2020 I was charged $16.00 when the fare should have been $ 12.00 . I paid cash but this has to be stopped
I arrived in Saskatoon Sunday evening on *** flight # *** and took the taxi to my home at *** here in Saskatoon.
