Grossed out! I ordered food to go from Bonsai Garden todayWhen I went to pick it up around 5:30, there was a young female employee chopping mushrooms at the end of the bar She I was playing with one of the mushrooms, proceeded to chop it into pieces...bare handed Some of the slices were stuck to the knife, so she began picking them off with her nails She then pushed the service door open, went to the back, came back with a small container that looked like chives...and NO she did not wash her hands A short time after I left, I called to speak with the manager It happened to be the same guy that cashed me out at the bar Being that he was aware of what the girl was doing, thus I don't believe my complaint to him will have much impact Once I told him why I was calling, he apologized HOWEVER, he said "we wash our hands quite often around here, but I will talk to her about wearing gloves"
