A week after purchase of ny car the car broke down due to bone accelerationManager refuses to keep me posted othe carThey don't know exactly what's wrong with the car and they have had it for 2weeks.I would like my mom eyes refunded simply I can't make payments on a car that I don't have and they don't know anything about it

This dealership has gave us two bad cars and the last car they gave us in the tramission is slipping and the battery cables are messed up the and the locks don't work and it stops in the middle of the street and my wife almost got hit because the car just stopped on her in the middle of the streetAnd not to mention she is pregnant and it put my wife in danger

We do make every effort to deliver the best quality product possible, as you can tell by the measures described above.  Mr. [redacted] is correct in saying he has had multiple issues with his vehicle.  However, as we indicated above, Mr. [redacted] elected to purchase an extended warranty which has covered all of his repairs and provided a rental vehicle at no cost to him.If Mr. [redacted] is still having issues with his vehicle please have him contact me at the Parma, Ohio location.  Mr. [redacted] has a 24 month, 24,000 mile extended warranty and any issues should still be covered.  Last time we spoke with Mr. [redacted] he expressed his vehicle was cutting out and we directed him to one of our preferred state licensed service facilities.  The service facility was unable to duplicate the concern, but when the vehicle arrived the fuel tank was almost empty, so we believe the issue may have been due to an empty fuel tank.After reviewing Mr. [redacted]’s file he financed his vehicle in a short term loan where a customer can typically trade out of their vehicle in 24-30 months.  Please have Mr. [redacted] contact us with any additional questions or concerns, but we would not be interested in putting him in a new vehicle after all of his service concerns were covered under his warranty, including a rental vehicle while his vehicle was in the shop.Sincerely,Travis B[redacted]Sales ManagerRightway Automotive216 325 0813

Consumer responded by phone 4/1/16-nkmMr. [redacted] states that he purchased the car in August of last year. He states that he has only driven the car for about two months in total. He states that the company has had to repair the motor, the water pump, the transmission, the alternator, and the A/C unit....

He states that even after all of those repairs, the car is still not working properly. He feels that the company should put him in a new car.
