Miss [redacted] did purchase a vehicle from Rightway Automotive and with the purchase of the vehicle, she also purchased an extended warranty that lasts 36 months or 45,000 miles, whichever comes first. Miss [redacted] is...

complaining about her window not working properly and this is one of the many components that would be covered by her Platinum Warranty, backed by [redacted]s. We have sent Miss [redacted] her contract so that she is aware of the coverage.In the complaint, Miss [redacted] also refers to free oil changes that all of our customers receive with their purchase of an automobile. We did make an internal change and no longer use [redacted] for this Service but have a contract now with [redacted]. She can simply take her vehicle to any [redacted], accompanied with her coupon, and they will direct bill Rightway. If she needs assistance on where to find a [redacted], she can call the store at 513-201-0781 and we will let her know location options.Lastly, Miss [redacted] referred to an issue with a tire leaking on her vehicle. Even though this is not Something the warranty would be covering, the Manager (Chris C[redacted]) has agreed to pay to have the tire repaired and this has already been communicated to Miss [redacted]. Again if she needs help on getting this done, she can call the store and we would be more than willing to assist her.I hope this helps.
