Review: It seems as though Rights Unlimited is no longer functioning and may have stopped functioning around 2011/2012. However, they are still collecting money from publishers who have been sending royalty payments for one of our client's LLCs and never forwarding our share of the payments (they would collect a commission and since they were international royalties they would process the currency conversions and then send us a check in USD). We haven’t been paid in over 2 years and discovered they owe us about $9800. Essentially, Rights Unlimited still has a bank account open and still collects funds but is not dispersing them to the author as they were contracted to do.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome would be a payment of the owed royalties to our client's LLC.
