In my opinion, this company is a nightmare waiting to happen and in my case has already happened. First of all, the person who sold me the mini-split unit told me the unit was smart read and would work on a phone app; this app would allow me to control the system through wifi. After the unit was installed I found out the system did not have the wifi connection. I told the salesperson about it and he told me that if I wanted to have that future I had to pay some more money. I told him that is not what we agreed upon and that he sold me a system without the future I wanted/agreed and paid for and did not receive. He told me that he thought the system come with the wifi connection. He said he would see what he can do and gave me another person to contact. I contacted this person/manager and he was very rude in telling me that it was nothing he could or would do about the false information and system I was sold. That is one issue, secondly, I was also told that this job would take three days to complete, it has been more than 10 days and my condo still has holes in the ceiling and the bedroom walls due to the installation. I contacted the sales person again and he gave me the same number to call with my concerns. When I called the number that was given, the lady gave me another number to call and to make a long story short, the holes are still in the condo and the job has not been completed. That was issue number two, the unit I agreed upon purchasing in the living room was decreased in the BTU size, as a result, the living room is not getting cold enough. I agreed to a 16 BTU unit and they install a 15 BTU unit and said they don't make a 16 BTU unit in the Mitsubishi. Well if that is the case you should not downsize, but go higher instead; as a result, the 15 BTU unit is not cooling off my living room. This is a rental unit and I have lost over a thousand dollars in rental fees due to the poor services I have received.

Complaint: 1. Sold me a unit that does not have the smart technology; when I was told that it did come with it and was included in the price. Now I am being told I need to pay more money. This is bad business.

2. Told me that the job would take 3 days. it has been over 8-10 days and the problem/job is still not completed; I have holes in the ceiling. This is a rental and I have lost over 1000 in rent.

3. RightTime told me I was purchasing a 16 BTU system in the living room and they brought out a 15 BTU unit instead, stating that the Mitsubishi did not make a 16 BTU unit, well one would think they would have gone up in BTU not down. The 15 BTU unit they installed does not cool off the living room.

4. There is a small water leak coming from the unit outside on my balcony.

I wish I had done my vetting on this company before I used them. I hope *** take responsibility for these issues I am experiencing because I purchased the unit through ***. This is how I came in contact with this company. My loyalty was with ***, not RightTime.

I have had Rescue Rooter San Diego come out several times in the past to solve my plumbing issues. They always do a great job. Today Mauricio Orozco came out to clear a plugged bathroom sink drain. He did a great job. Quick, clean and professional at every level. In addition, he explained the condition of my pipes and gave me several pointers on how to maintain them. Chris H did a masterful job in coordinating and completing the relining of failing pipes from my home to water districts main sewer line. The job required significant digging and the removal of several mature plants. The project was done efficiently, quickly and professionally. The dirt was replaced and the plants reinstalled. My landcare people were here later that day and noted that you could not tell the plants had been moved. They also remarked how cleanly the job was done. I want to complement Chris for his fine work.

Eduard K arrived on time and completed the job for me. My drain was blocked and he cleared the line. He very professional. He showed me pictures of my pipes and answered questions. He also spoke with my husband and provided him with the cost prior to doing the service. It's very hard finding a good plumber and his company did a great job. Thank you ARS. Richard arrived in the nick of time, with raw sewage pouring into four rooms of our new condo. Without waiting for his partner who was delayed. He opened the access and identified the blockage and corrected it. He explained several factors which were remedial in this new construction. He then explored several clean out pipes and tried to make sense of the design. His quick diagnosis and treatment of the problem prevented further damage to our condo and his expertise about design defects was very helpful. I would recommend ARS/Rescue rooter for any blocked drains.

I am doing a bathroom remodel and I had a plugged drain, this time in another bathroom. Since Gino was such a pleasure the last time he unplugged a drain for me, I called and requested Gino again for this plugged drain job.
Gino is very professional, explains things clearing, answered all of my questions, and checked to make sure that everything was working correctly before he left.
Since the walls were already open due to the remodel, Gino checked everything out and discovered a small crack on the back side of one of the old cast iron drain pipes. It was evident from the rust and mineral scale build up in the area of the crack which was not even visible from the front of the pipe.
Gino finding this now, before the shower was all tiled in probably saved me thousands of dollars in the future when the small crack opened up and started leaking inside my wall at a faster rate causing all kinds of problems which would have required the shower wall to be opened up to fix. I had him fix the cracked pipe as well as the plugged drain.
I will request Gino again next time I need a plumber. I would highly recommend Gino if you want a skilled, qualified, experienced, honest plumber.

Manny was the lead plumber onsite and he used proper discretion in escalating a tough challenge to his field supervisor, Beecher. I appreciate the honesty and hard work from both of these experts. They made a lot people very happy by solving the problem we had with our clogged drain.

Great service and very professional. Found and addressed my issue quickly and recommended solutions to prevent the issue from reoccurring.
