Rightaway Roadside Assistance

Review: On the 12th of January at approximately 0300 eastern time I had been returning from california to virginia when my car showed low on gas. After visiting 2 petrol stations I noticed their pumps were turned off. There was not enough gasoline to make it to a further station without risking completely running out of fuel. I contacted my insurance company to send someone to drop off $10 worth of fuel so that I could make it to a 24 hour station. It was reported to take 60-90 mins to receive the fuel. At the time stated it was 26 degrees outside. After the initial 90 minute wait I called the company that USAA told me they had contracted, Rightaway Roadside Assistance. Their operator answered and reported that it would be an additional 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I called several times because nobody answered. At 0500 the gas station nearest to me opened so I filled my tank and left. At 0545 I received a call from USAA stating the driver was on scene and could not locate my vehicle. After 2 hours and 45 minutes approximately in 26 degree weather the driver finally made it to my cars prior location. I was coming from california where heavy coats were not needed. That situation could have eneded badly not to mention the company was late by double the time they had reported and when they were contacted nobody answered.Desired Settlement: I would like to see that this company changes the way it picks up contracts and keeps in contact with the people it is vowing to help and takes into consideration the elements in which the customers are awaiting.
