Called and spoke with Axxx on May to request an estimate for gutters and siding work The appointment was scheduled for Friday May at 10:am I called on Thursday afternoon May to confirm that the appointment was still on the books Again speaking to Axxx, he confirmed that they would be there at the scheduled time on Friday morning No one ever showed up on Friday morning (or any time Friday for that matter) and they did not even call to advise they were running late or what the problem was No call, no estimate, no nothing Certainly not the RIGHT WAY to treat a potential customer

Called and spoke with Axxx on May 2 to request an estimate for gutters and siding work. The appointment was scheduled for Friday May 6 at 10:00 am. I called on Thursday afternoon May 5 to confirm that the appointment was still on the books. Again speaking to Axxx, he confirmed that they would be there at the scheduled time on Friday morning. No one ever showed up on Friday morning (or any time Friday for that matter) and they did not even call to advise they were running late or what the problem was. No call, no estimate, no nothing.
