I have receipt that states what they fix and on the receipt it says I declined a service why would I decline something that they were going to pay for...and I have the other estimate these are people that they recommend and now they are trying to say he was just trying to get money from them...they are flat out lying and Midas on colrain is in with Righyway

To whom it may concern, [redacted] did indeed purchase a vehicle from Rightway and recently called again with an issue. The vehicle was inspected by a repair shop that said there was an oil leak and was going to cost $1350 to repair. Since this seemed excessive for...
an oil leak, we sent it to [redacted] on Colerain Avenue for a second opinion in which they did confirm the oil leak. The leak is coming from the oil filter adapter and oil pressure sending unit. The total costs of these repairs were agreed to be paid by Rightway, even though her warranty does not cover those components, to keep the customer happy and provide the highest level of customer service possible. If the customer does not already have the vehicle back in her possession, she will very soon and at NO cost to her. If you need anything else from us, please let me know. ThanksBill C[redacted]
On behalf of the complaint #[redacted], client: [redacted]. We had pulled [redacted]'s credit on 10/9/2015 in an attempt to secure financing on our [redacted] XLT. We are currently in the process of removing the inquiry from the credit bureau. We have contacted [redacted] this morning 11/02/2015 and...
we will be submitting the necessary form to remove the inquiry. We will advise [redacted] upon the completion of this process. The confusion in this particular situation derived from having more than one sales consultant available in our office. While one of our sales people was taking the application from Ms. [redacted], we had another salesperson working on selling the same vehicle. Ms. [redacted]'s credit was not sent anywhere to secure financing as the truck ended up getting a deposit soon after her application was taken. we apologize for confusion and will do our best to resolve the issue.
