I was well taken care of by the staff. Enjoyed the experience.
Review: On May 17th 2014, was invited into Right Toyota from a mailed solicitation from [redacted] that said Right Toyota of [redacted]
wanted to buy back my low mileage 2012 4x4 [redacted]. Offered me in mail advertisement an assumed amount that
would pay off my present lease and allow me to select a new or used vehicle of my choice as a replacement.
I looked on May 16, 2014 for several used [redacted] 4x4 trucks on the internet. Found several that I liked, that were lower price than my 4-Runner.
I went to the dealership and met with [redacted], Sales Rep. He said all of the trucks that I wanted were already sold.............
which was a lie............ (I verified that later, they were on the lot, and available). He also did not allow me to talk to [redacted] or the General Manager about this issue. I was eventually
pressured into purchasing a low end NEW 2014 [redacted] truck for $10K more money than I owed on my other loan, which I did not find until after the sale .....small print in contract.
Bottom line, the two [redacted] trucks that I was interested in (2011 4x4 [redacted] ( Silver) stock #[redacted] VIN [redacted] sale price $39,888
and 2012 4x4 [redacted] VIN [redacted] sale price $32,888) are STILL BEING OFFERED for sale advertised on the internet TODAY (July 11, 2014). I however can't buy
either for whatever reason???
Also the (low end SR) new 2014 Silver [redacted] ( Stock # [redacted], VIN [redacted] ) which I bought, which I put $3K down and $2K in upgrades, IS STILL BEING ADVERTISED TODAY (July 11, 2014) on Right Toyota's website. No one can buy this advertised $32,805 lowest price truck now since I have had it for almost 2 months! My loan was considerably higher than the MSRP.Desired Settlement: Take back the 2014 [redacted], without penalty. Pay off the loan, and give me a similar loan, less the $2K spent on upgrades, and a similar or lower monthly payment for either of the two used [redacted]s (2011, 2012) as mentioned above. I do not appreciate the deceptive advertising before, during, and after the sale.

RE: Complaint ID#: [redacted])
To Whom It May Concern,
We received the complaint filed by Mr. [redacted] and promptly made contact in an attempt rectify the issues. Mr. [redacted] agreed to stop by the dealership Saturday, July 12 to discuss his concerns with the purchase of his new 2014 Toyota [redacted]. After the discussing the customers previous purchase, the dealership offered to allow Mr. [redacted] to trade in the 2014 Toyota [redacted] and chose a different vehicle at a substantial discount. Mr. [redacted] decided to purchase a pre-owned certified Toyota [redacted] that was equipped more to his liking and at financial terms that very favorable on his behalf.
I called Mr. [redacted] Monday morning to verify that the situation had been rectified and that all the issues with his previous purchase were alleviated. Mr. [redacted] thanked the dealership for helping bring the situation to a satisfactory resolution and said that he was very happy with his new vehicle.
