This is the absolute best experience I have had with air conditioning companies in Tucson. (Actually any company I can think of). These guys were professional, and very honest. They had the tools to check things out quickly and didn't try to sell me on some arduous and expensive plan like the first company I contacted did. I will recommend them to everyone!
My Ac stopped working at my rental home and [redacted] with Right The First Time saved the day. I had like five companies come out. Prices ranged from 150-900 (cheapest said twenty minutes of work and most expensive said 8 hours of work). The twenty minute one was replacing a part that I could do on my own but would have broken in future. [redacted] gave me a comparative price over the phone and fix it in two hours the same day. All other companies said it would be a day to a week before they could fix it. Great knowledge, competitive price, and good customer service.
