Our apologies for what you and your family are going through with your new homeOnce I received this I sent an email to the provided email and called and left voicemails at the number provided.Of all the things you mentioned we were made aware of the tiles and the leak on the gas pipe and I offered to have our licensed contractors come over to the house to repair it and I was told not to come to the houseThe contractors who did the work on the HVAC and hot water tank were licensed techniciansIf I was made aware of all of these other problems we would have corrected them as I agree they should have been completed.I am more then happy to come by and look at these issues and have them resolvedThis is not the product that Right Property Group puts out and am embarrassed and am hoping to have the opportunity to make it right.Please call me on my cell phone and let me know when a good time would be to come over to the house.Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Good morning,I received this email about complaint # [redacted] [redacted] (the person who wrote the (complaint) made a comment/review on my Revdex.com profile and it is attached belowShe said that she was satisfied with our response and that everything was handled and monies were reimbursed."I want to follow up on a recent complaint regarding Right Property GroupMr [redacted] contacted us immediately upon receiving out complaintWe met with him to discuss the reported issuesMr [redacted] reimbursed us for all repairs and assured us that his company has added additional processes to insure quality and safety with all future renovationsI commend Mr [redacted] for the manner in which he handled this issue."I just want to make sure that it is shown on my Revdex.com profile that the issue was handled appropriately and that the complainer was satisfied wit the outcome.Please let me know what else I need to do and if her response above will show up as well.Thanks,
