I purchased my car here little over year ago, I'm super happy with it, it's the best car I ever had. Highly recommend everyone to come to Right Price Auto TN
This company sold me a lemon and they refused to exchange or refund.
On 3/4/18, I purchased a 2007 BMW X5 from this dealer. They assured me, and I quote, "this vehicle is wonderful". I drove it for a while and things seemed okay. The next day was another story. Within two weeks I have been to the mechanic 5 times for several issues, including a blown valve gasket cover, several sensor issues, and idle issues. I've spent nearly 2000 dollars on repairs. On 3/17/18 I contacted the rep who sold me the car and informed him of the number plus problems I had. He said he would "call the boss and see what can be done". I never got a response. So in the afternoon I went to the dealership myself. She told me she would "not call the owner and talk to him because it is Saturday". She also said lemon laws do not apply to used car dealerships, that she drove the car before I bought it and "it was fine". I traded my 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 for this vehicle. They also gave me 4K in cash at the time of sale. I offered to give them the W back, along with the 4K in cash, in exchange for giving me my truck back. She refused. I then asked her again to call "her boss" to run it by him, and she once again refused. Then she said my truck was ok it's way to auction, which is a lie because the truck is for sale on their website.
As stated before, I offered to give the BMW back, along with the 4K they gave me at the time of sale, and they said no. I've spent an additional 2k since getting the car on repairs. I would like to do one of the following: Be reimbursed the 2000 dollars I've had to spend on repairs, and I am more than willing to provide receipts to them for proof. Or... Be given the option of picking a new, working, and reliable vehicle from their lot.
Issue was resolved, refund was issue. We apologize for inconvenience.
