Derick S [redacted] installed an air conditioner for me years ago I was referred to him by a Christian friend I had to deal with sneaky service and lies I paid him $July 31, to add coolant It was broken the next morning He strung me along all day August 1st causing me to cancel important plans saying he would come over I have a medical condition and I cannot get overheated and I told him this I was panicked since I knew he wouldn't be working the next day which was SundayI called him every hours he kept lying saying he was coming He of course had already cashed my $check the day before I had to pay $2,for a REAL air conditioner the week after The company I used stated the following about the one Derick installed: Found unit shutting down on high pressure cut outUnit has restriction in liquid line Needs recovered and blown out Indoor coil needs reworked Line set needs replacedUnit not worth repair costI had the installer leave the old air conditioner on my back porch for Derick to pick up since it still had coolant in it He didn't want it back He left a long message and tirade on my voice mail saying he was not giving me any money back and he didn't want the unit back I will go through small claims court next since I have a recording of the way the unit was behaving and I saved his voice mail message

I paid him $250 July 31, 2015 to add coolant. It was broken the next morning. He strung me along all day August 1st causing me to cancel important plans saying he would come over. I have a medical condition and I cannot get overheated and I told him this. I was panicked since I knew he wouldn't be working the next day which was Sunday. I called him every 2 hours he kept lying saying he was coming. He of course had already cashed my $250 check the day before. I had to pay $2,700 for a REAL air conditioner the week after. The company I used stated the following about the one Derick installed: Found unit shutting down on high pressure cut out. Unit has restriction in liquid line. Needs recovered and blown out. Indoor coil needs reworked. Line set needs replaced. Unit not worth repair cost.
