Hello, On 3/31/2020 while attempting to enter online banking info, and particularly when I clicked the button to enter a password, my computer screen turned red and flashed a message to contact the company stated to resolve the computer issue. I was not thinking straight, and called the number on the screen, and unfortunately gave them access to my computer, when I suspect that they acquired my personal info. ,which led to the company persuading me to send an online check to a company called Econosoft. Once I realized that I had been scammed, I stopped payment on the check. Since then various people from the company kept contacting me about the refund, saying that I had to be in front of my computer for them to issue the refund. I repeatedly told them to stop calling, and that the refund was already issued. Then it started...... someone tried to open an account with Wells Fargo. So, I have my credit on freeze. Now someone is attempting to change the password and payment info. on Amazon which led me to cancel the Amazon account. I called the company today and told the guy what was going on and that it was in his best interest to stop trying to steal my identity. He denied any wrongdoing. I already contact the Revdex.com and was told that they could not find a record of the listed business. Please check into this. Thank you
