Thanks for bringing this matter to our attention You see things advertised with "free shipping" all the time The reality is, shipping is not free So while we are willing to pay to ship an item out, if a buyer decides not to keep the item, we do charge a restocking fee to help cover the cost of originally shipping the item to the buyerWe do disclose this fee in our return policyIf you have any other questions regarding this matter, just let us know

As I stated earlier, I received the refund, it was just not for the full amountYou gave no reason as to why you didn't give a full refund, even though the return was due to a defective product, so that's why I referred to extraneous feesAnd yes, the label WAS attached to the email response to Revdex.com, but you NEVER sent me a label weeks before, like you claimedI have saved every correspondence between us (mostly coming from me), and it is painfully apparent that you do not take the time to thoroughly read them

We appreciate our buyers concern. We had sent along, via email, a prepaid return label a few weeks ago, however it does not sound like the buyer received it. We have sent along a new prepaid return label in an email to the buyer today, and have attached a copy to this correspondence.If...
