Right Choice Painting

They started my deck [redacted] and haven't even worked 8 hours since. They are supposed to pressure wash and sand the deck before painting and that didn't happen. They started painting over the old paint that's coming off. I called Monday, [redacted] and was told they would be there first thing on Tuesday, [redacted] Still have not seen them. I've left 5 messages and no return call. I messaged them on [redacted] and still nothing. They took my deposit for [redacted] and cashed it with no problem but they cannot return my calls or show up as promised.Product_Or_Service: Pressure wash, sand, and paint deck w/ 2 coatsDesired SettlementThey did replace a few deck planks which I am willing to pay for, as long as a receipt is provided. However, I would the balance of the [redacted] deposit refunded. I know they painted a little but that paint will not last because the preparation work was not done as described.
