Right at Home of Northeast Texas

I am the daughter of Mr. Don *** who had service in my parents home as my Father was dying of cancer. I was sold on these services and the integrity of this business by Jessica and Payton who painted a lovely lie of the quality of care, support, and professionalism we would receive as my father drew his last breath. Unfortunately, the truth is we where left in our darkest hour without returned phone calls, night staff, or trained professionals. People showed up at our home or not at all randomly. We are still waiting for Randy, Matt or any upper management to call and express remorse, or condolences. All we received was a fraudulent bill for services we were promised but did not receive. Our daytime person was great and the only reason we continued to hold out hope that anyone at Right At Home cared. My last impression of this company was given by Payton who sent me the following words as my father lay dying as a response to my repeated calls..... We don't have any night staff that can come. I will pray for your father. They are cold, callous, and do not stand by the words of their own contract. The last day of my father's life is marked in my mind not because of the love he showed but because your company could care less. After your company received your $4252.00 in advance we became a faceless account.
