Right At Home of New Haven County

My mother has been receiving home care services from Right at Home for two years now and is very pleased with the service provided by both the caregivers and office staff. We will at times request additional services which have always been accommodated. I can finally rest easy knowing my mother has the care she needs. We highly recommend Right at Home.

Their nurses aides are very professional. However, the office staff is adequate at best. They are unprofessional and frustrating to the health aides clients. They will outright lie about the schedule and send people without notifying the family of the changes. Completely unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money.
