website. You were offered 3 different limos; an 8-10 passenger, 10-12 passenger and 18-20 passenger limo. You went with the second choice and you felt that was not enough room for yourself. Our chauffeur did speak with other members in your party and none of them stressed the same concern as you did. Again, your card being charged the day of the reservation is FALSE. You scheduled your reservation on November 9, 2016 and your card was charged on November 21, 2016. That is 5 days prior to your scheduled reservation as disclosed to you at the time of scheduling. All of our calls are recorded and monitored and with that being said, we disclosed all the pricing and charges for all three options when booking and again, you chose the second limo offered, which was the 10-12 passengers. We have done nothing unethical, we presented you with 3 different limousine choices and you are the one that chose the limousine you received, based on how much you wanted to spend. You did not want to spend more on the larger limousine. We are sorry you are now regretting your decision to not spend more on the larger limousine, but that is not our fault. We feel confident in this as all of our calls are recorded for quality. In addition a receipt was emailed out to you on Monday since our office is closed on Sunday and your reservation was on a Saturday evening. Receipts or final invoices are emailed out to the client after the completion of a reservation. Any signed documentation is for office use or files as explained at the time of scheduling and again in person on location. Thank You,
