Buyer beware! This company is extremely shifty! They overcharged me by $200 fixing a mower of mine. They billed me over $1100 on a machine they would, only 6 months later, give me $300 for in trade! Do business elsewhere!
Review: my 3520 tractor has been there 4 / 5 times for the same problems, and they don't fix them, can't find anything wrong excuses, but they never give out any paperwork for what they did or didn't do. When this started, the tractor was under full warranty and the also was faivre implement ( riesterer & schnell ) bought them out- They never fixed the tractor, but now that it is out of warranty , they are finding some of the items wrong that they were to to fix previously. ALSO -- THEY SENT A MONTHLY STATEMENT 8/2/2014 - I called [redacted] @ riesterer on 8/2/14 ,( [redacted] -he works from his cell phone) he returned my call 8/12/2014- but would not give my wife a message, I called him back 8/13/2014 - voicemail, he returned my call 8/29/2014 @ 4:30 p.m. but would not leave a message. This continues again on 9/2/2014. I HAVE ASKED FOR A BREAK DOWN OF THE INVOICES 686535 AND 688210 AND THEY WILL NOT SEND THEM TO ME! My tractor has issues still not fixed while it was in full warranty, and they are not interested in honoring the warranty. I have also contacted John Deere -[redacted] option 2 , option 7, x 3226 8/22/2014 & 8/25 then has not called or helped.Desired Settlement: Fix what it was brought in to be fixed ( I can't help if they don't write everything down or lose what they are to do- they never fill out and give any paper work. If they can't fix it they should ( lemon law ) replace it, and warranty the work that THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE IDIMIZED INVOICES FOR.
